We understand that there's a big infrastructure problem in Shreveport but that's not biggie. It's always good to know people that can help you when you've experienced issues and damages from potholes or damaged streets. If you have automobile damages and wondered who you contact about helping with your repairs, the City of Shreveport has a remedy. For damages incurred from potholes THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPORTED to the city, please contact Richard L. Hunter, City Of Shreveport at 318-673-5549 or you can email him at Richard.Hunter@shreveportla.gov with your concerns.
This is all the more reason to survey damaged streets and roads in our community and compile those complaints to have those unsightly areas reported.
In the event those areas damage your vehicles, we have support because it's only to our advantage if the potholes were PREVIOUSLY REPORTED. Let's work together by either keeping an eye out for street damages that can be costly and resource draining and make sure either we individually report or collectively make known what our needs are. Communication is key!
